We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Residential Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to our valued clients. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and mini splits.
- Repair and replace mechanical components such as compressors, fans, motors, valves, and electrical wiring to restore system functionality.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system cleaning, and calibration to prevent future breakdowns.
- Utilize electrical diagnostics tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults in electrical systems.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed and preventive maintenance recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical systems repair.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design drawings accurately.
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field under minimal supervision.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
