What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional nursing care to evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Lead and collaborate with a compassionate care team

Help patients regain independence and quality of life
What You’ll Need:

Colorado RN license
-
1+ year in acute care & home health (required)

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Medicare home health experience is highly preferred

EMR experience (Kantime a plus)
