You support our team as the 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping our equipment and operations running efficiently during key production hours. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their maintenance skills through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship from experienced technicians. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, assisting with equipment troubleshooting and repairs, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and motivated to grow their technical expertise while making a direct impact on the success of our operations.
Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.

Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.

Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.

Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.

Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.

Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems and below.

Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
