Responsibilities - What you’ll do
This position will work independently and collaboratively with the Academic Affairs team on the review and analysis of applications from schools seeking initial approval to offer postsecondary instruction in Missouri.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work with minimal direction to research, review, and analyze applications for certification or exemption using state laws and regulations related to postsecondary education;
- Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including federal and state regulators, institution presidents and owners, faculty, and students;
- Provide technical assistance to applicant schools;
- Perform other related work as assigned.
Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
- Beneficial education and/or professional experience in project management, educational policy, student services, data analysis, or process and continuous improvement, including military service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with postsecondary education research, policy, practice, and/or technology.

This position will work 20 hours per week and is a temporary (8 months) part-time/hourly position that is not eligible for state benefits.
