Buffer / Polisher – Auto Detailer Team Member

Great Gatsby Auto Spa is looking for an experienced Buffer / Polisher to join our fast-paced detailing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paint correction, polishing systems, and professional detailing standards. We work on a wide range of vehicles and focus on producing high-quality results efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Perform paint correction, compounding, polishing, and finishing work
- Safely operate rotary and dual-action polishers
- Inspect paint condition and recommend correction levels
- Prep vehicles for ceramic coatings and protection services
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with general detailing duties when required
Requirements
- Experience with machine polishing and paint correction
- Knowledge of pads, compounds, polishes, and paint types
- Ability to identify paint defects including swirls, oxidation, and scratches
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience with ceramic coatings is an asset
