Caring Maya Home Health is a newly licensed home health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Liaison to help grow our referral network and community presence.
Position Summary
The Community Liaison serves as the face of the agency in the community by building strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, assisted living facilities, case managers, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare marketing and patient advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners
- Conduct routine marketing visits to hospitals, SNFs, clinics, physician offices, ALFs, and community organizations
- Educate referral sources about home health services and agency programs
- Follow up on patient referrals and assist with coordination of admissions
- Identify opportunities to increase referrals and community partnerships
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of accounts visited and marketing activities
- Collaborate with the clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Provide excellent customer service to referral sources and patients
- Meet weekly and monthly productivity goals
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, hospice, or medical sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build professional relationships and work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Knowledge of home health services and referral processes preferred
- Proficient in basic computer and communication applications
- Bilingual is a plus

Assistant to Administrator

Job Type: part-Time
Position Summary
The Assistant to Administrator provides operational and administrative support to agency leadership and assists with coordination of office workflow, compliance tasks, staffing support, communication, and general office management.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Administrator with daily agency operations and office coordination
- Support scheduling, staffing coordination, and communication with field staff
- Assist with maintaining patient records and ensuring documentation compliance
- Coordinate incoming referrals and assist with intake processes
- Help organize employee files, onboarding documents, and office records
- Monitor office supplies and administrative needs
- Assist with audits, accreditation preparation, and regulatory compliance tasks
- Answer phones, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up tasks
- Support marketing and community outreach activities when needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
- Home health or medical office experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office software
- Detail-oriented and dependable
