Culinary Kitchen Dishwasher
Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Shift Time: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday; some Sundays
Job Overview: Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and other culinary utensils used for preparation and storage of the food products.
Company Specific Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse and sanitize culinary tools and cookware

Follow safety protocol for proper drying and storage of equipment

Work comfortably in a fast paced environment

Able to multitask

Remove trash from production / kitchen rooms

Complete other duties as assigned

Demonstrating a positive work ethic
Summary of (Physical) Requirements:
-
18 years or older
-
Repetitively lifting (25lbs)
-
Push/Pull a trash cart (on wheels) through (indoor) building
-
Ability to work in cool/cold temperatures for an extended period
-
Be able to stand for extended periods of time
-
Available for varied shifts including holidays, evenings, and Sundays

Previous kitchen experience preferred
