Every fall, thousands of families visit Ferguson's Family of Farms to pick apples, enjoy attractions, attend school field trips, and make memories together. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Orchard Experience Team for the upcoming fall season.

- Cashiers
- Fun Guides / Attraction Monitors
- Field Trip Guides

Available Positions
Cashier
Our Cashiers are often the first and last interaction visitors have during their visit. We are looking for friendly team members who enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating our iPad/Square point-of-sale system
- Processing admissions, retail, and concession purchases
- Greeting visitors with a friendly attitude
- Answering visitors questions and providing directions
- Restocking merchandise as needed
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas
Fun Guide / Attraction Monitor
Our Fun Guides help create an exciting and safe experience throughout the farm by interacting with visitors and overseeing attractions.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring attractions for visitor safety
- Greeting and engaging with families
- Encouraging participation and creating a fun atmosphere
- Assisting at attractions such as:
- Wagon Ride Tours
- Gem Mining
- Pumpkin Jump Pad
- Pedal Track
- Apple Cannon
- Grain Train
- Cow Train
- Ropes Course
- Paintball Gallery
- Orchard Activities
- Helping keep attraction areas clean and organized
Field Trip Guide
Field Trip Guides help provide a memorable educational experience for visiting school groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading school groups around the orchard
- Teaching children about apples, pumpkins, agriculture, and life on the farm
- Presenting educational information using provided training and scripts
- Creating an engaging, fun, and interactive experience for students and teachers
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:30pm availably required. Schedule may vary based on bookings.
This position is a great fit for education majors, substitute teachers, retirees, homeschool parents, or anyone who enjoys working with children.

Previous customer service, retail, childcare, or education experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training for every position.
Seasonal Schedule
Our fall season runs approximately August 15th through November 1st.
Available opportunities include:
- Weekend shifts (minimum age 15+)
- Weekday shifts (minimum age 18+) Only a few spots available
- Part-time positions
- Limited full-time positions
Pay & Benefits
Earn up to $15.00 per hour!
- $13.00/hour paid throughout the season
- Additional $2.00/hour end-of-season bonus for every hour worked when you successfully complete the season
