B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience deploying communications, telecom, or networking systems for government or critical infrastructure customers.
Strong experience with IP-based voice communications systems, including SIP, RTP, and SNMP, ideally in ATC/ATM or other mission-critical environments.
Working knowledge of Linux-based environments, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience in system architecture, requirements development, and technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
Understanding of ATC standards and best practices, such as ED-137.
Ability to lead with credibility, influence decisions, and align teams around complex solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, organized, analytical, and self-directed.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically, with occasional international travel.
