Project Manager: We are currently seeking an experienced full-time architectural project manager to perform the various duties related to managing projects. Responsibilities include preparation of technical design documents (schematic through construction), interface with clients, consultants and jurisdictional authorities, management of project team members, and construction administration. Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience in wood frame construction, with an emphasis on residential and light commercial construction.
Position here require fluency in AutoCAD as well as working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop, as well as strong technical and organizational abilities. Maryland residents preferred.
