New Dawn ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Orrick, Missouri. As a key member of our ABA therapy team, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism build essential skills and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral goals and objectives
Develop and implement behavior plans, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions to inform treatment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, progress, and communication with families and caregivers
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy and evidence-based treatment approaches

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work part-time, with varying schedules and shifts
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
