Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate marketplace opportunities, status of competition, and new product opportunities to local and regional management.
- Coordinate to ensure the company offers and delivers consistent, well-organized, on-time, and under-budget bypass pump projects.
- Perform the job in a manner that represents the company honestly and fairly while maintaining good public relations with customers, competitors, and vendors.
- Coordinate and communicate with branch personnel regarding product needs, availability, delivery, and project specifications.
- Promote cooperation and communication with all company personnel.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to a supervisor and/or EHS.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the operation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Depending on the project, this position may have supervisory responsibilities. This position will be required to provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks. This position may also be required to supervise, manage, and direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of personnel.
Depending on the size of the project, non-supervisory employees may report directly to this position.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
