Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our spa operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store functions, manage a talented team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall business growth. Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of Lead Massage Therapist(s), Lead Esthetician(s), and Sales Associate(s)
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Oversee and manage daily spa operations
- Resolve and oversee all customer service concerns and challenges
- Motivate and support Massage Therapists and Estheticians in sales growth and performance
- Meet and drive team membership and gift card sales goals
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage Sales Associates, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians
- Conduct performance reviews, documentation, staff meetings, and ongoing coaching
- Communicate promotions, enhancements, and service offerings to clients
- Manage social media responsibilities and community outreach initiatives (minimum of 4 annually)
- Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining and maximizing the appointment book
- Analyze booking trends and optimize daily scheduling opportunities
- Oversee all client surveys and ensure feedback is communicated appropriately to employees
- Manage ordering of service supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory counts and organization standards
- Handle service provider scheduling conflicts, call-outs, payroll disputes, and related documentation
- Participate in training programs, conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Uphold spa cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the facility
- Oversee staff training and support implementation of sales goals and initiatives
- Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Perform computer data entry and reporting as needed
Requirements
- 5+ Years in Proven management experience in retail or service environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong skills in sales management, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance management.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage payroll processes efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
