The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading front-of-house operations, including team supervision, guest service standards, shift execution, and team development. Oversee all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts

Train, coach, and mentor team members and team leaders to meet service and hospitality standards

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining Chick-fil-A’s customer service standards

Lead shift execution, including scheduling, break management, and labor efficiency
-
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency
-
Coordinate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth flow of operations
-
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
-
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations as needed

Create an encouraging and accountable team culture

1–2 years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred
