We are seeking a proven Fixed Operations Director to lead a growing automotive organization for Albrecht CDJR of Westboro. This executive-level position carries full financial and operational accountability for Fixed Operations, including Service, Parts, internal reconditioning, and customer retention strategy.
This is not a desk manager role.
This is not a shop foreman position.
This is not a service manager job.
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving performance, profitability, and operational discipline across multiple rooftops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Service and Parts operations across all locations
- Drive measurable improvement in absorption, gross profit, and expense control
- Implement consistent processes and accountability standards across all brands
- Oversee technician productivity, certification compliance, and production mix
- Strengthen advisor performance, follow-up discipline, and call management
- Control internal repair expense and recon workflow
- Ensure OEM warranty compliance and minimize audit exposure
- Deliver disciplined KPI reporting, forecasting, and performance management
Qualifications:
- Prior Fixed Operations Director or multi-store leadership experience required
- Demonstrated history of improving departmental performance and profitability
- Strong financial acumen with full understanding of fixed ops P&L
- Deep knowledge of OEM warranty compliance and operational risk
- CDK or comparable DMS experience preferred
Compensation:
- $150,000 – $175,000 total compensation potential
