Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 base salary

Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to drive sales revenue and optimize the customer experience through proactive lead management, customer follow-up, and outbound prospecting efforts.
You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, and consistently delivering results while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up on current customer leads and opportunities

Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Qualifications

Experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry required

Proven sales experience with a strong "headhunter" or hunter mentality

Motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed expectations

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
