Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances to determine the best course of action for repair
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or replacement of parts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on appliances
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a related field such as HVAC or electrical work is preffered
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a field service environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required for appliance installation and repair
Note: Experience in equipment repair is a plus.
