- Fast-Track Pay Growth: Starting pay is $20.00–$35.00/hr, commensurate with experience. Show us what you can do in your first 7–10 days. If your field skills, diagnostic speed, and customer etiquette match your talk, your pay reflects it immediately.

- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, typically an 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM window (flexibility depending on project start times. Get in early, finish clean, get home early). BONUS POINTS if you're willing to take emergency service calls on weekends and evenings!

What You Bring to the Table
- Trade Mastery: Well-rounded field experience across residential/commercial installations/service, commercial buildouts, panels/services, whole-home systems/generators, dock lighting/rewiring, and low-voltage/troubleshooting.
- Customer Polish: Clean, professional, and well-spoken. You will be interacting directly with homeowners and commercial property owners.
- Leadership: Willingness to guide and mentor an apprentice or helper on job sites to keep the truck/jobs moving efficiently.
- Independence: Strong diagnostic ability, adherence to top-tier standards, and a zero-tolerance attitude for messy, half-assed work.
- Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites/shop.
