Concrete Finisher
Location: Mobile, AL
Pay: $24-$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Concrete Finishers who know their way around a slab and take pride in their work. This is not a helper position. You must be able to work independently, read a tape, and produce clean, professional finishes.
If you show up on time, work hard, and don’t need babysitting — you’ll do well here.
Responsibilities
- Set forms and check for proper depth and pitch
- Place, level, and smooth concrete
- Screed, float, and trowel concrete to grade
- Edge, groove, and finish surfaces
- Operate power trowels and finishing equipment
- Apply curing compounds as needed
- Repair surface imperfections
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow all safety standards on site
Requirements
- 2+ years of concrete finishing experience
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience with hand tools and power trowels
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with commercial or industrial slabs
- Experience with rebar, layout, or form setting
- OSHA 10
