Thatcher Brook Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! We are a 30-bed, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.
Position Details:
- Part-time and PRN positions available
- Day, evening, and night shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide excellent patient care with dignity and respect
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Utah
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Previous skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred but not required
