Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create solid foundations and structural elements
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site supervision
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation with attention to detail
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate various construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Conduct roofing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and woodwork tasks as needed for project completion
- Install siding, perform restoration work, and handle remodeling projects with precision
- Use hand tools effectively for framing, plastering, drywall installation, and other finish work
- Ensure proper heavy lifting techniques are followed to maintain safety on site
Skills
- Extensive experience in metal building erection and concrete forming techniques
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols
- Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and stucco application
- Skilled in welding, carpentry—including frame carpentry and trim work—and woodworking
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems related to construction projects
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely on construction sites
- Excellent hand tool skills combined with knowledge of power tools for various construction tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining productivity standards
- Knowledge of restoration techniques and remodeling processes to enhance project quality
