Today’s vehicles rely on advanced safety systems. Every windshield replacement is also a safety-critical calibration.

Glass Installation & Repair
-
Replace windshields, side glass, and back glass
-
Follow proper installation procedures and safety standards
ADAS Calibration (We Train You)

Perform static and dynamic calibrations
-
Set up targets and complete road-test calibrations
Diagnostics & Scanning
-
Perform pre- and post-repair scans
-
Identify and troubleshoot sensor or electrical issues
Documentation & Quality
-
Document work clearly and accurately
-
Ensure every job meets safety and OE standards

Clean installs with no comebacks

Accurate, complete calibrations

Strong productivity with high quality

Requirements:
- 1+ year of auto glass experience preferred (or strong mechanical aptitude)

Strong attention to detail

Willingness to learn new technology and skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
