Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Coon Rapids Red Wing Shoes team. From helping customers find their perfect fit to sharing your product knowledge, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience and representing an iconic American brand.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers to the right Red Wing footwear based on their unique needs, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Deliver the Ultimate Fit Experience—ensuring comfort, durability, and safety in every pair.
- Share expert product knowledge and keep up with new arrivals to better serve customers.
- Build connections with local businesses to provide work footwear solutions for their employees.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, energetic environment.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experience.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within the role.
