Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and progress

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall well-being of residents

Active CNA/CMA certification in the state of Nebraska

Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Passion for serving seniors and individuals with complex healthcare needs
