Duties
- CPO certified to handle pool maintenance
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems, electrical components, plumbing, and mechanical systems with precision
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively
- Conduct HVAC system servicing including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems to maintain optimal climate control
- Lead small construction or renovation projects as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or related fields
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair and maintenance across various systems including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical wiring, and mechanical components
- Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards in industrial or commercial environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities
- Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or appliance repair are highly desirable; ongoing training is encouraged
