Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Midlevel Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Fort Hamilton Hospital. Duties
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and vital signs, to determine health status and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize EMR systems Epic, for accurate documentation of patient records, medical histories, and clinical data collection.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging, laboratory tests, and physical examinations to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and adhering to confidentiality standards.
Skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems Epic, documentation and data management.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Experience with hospital medicine environments ,
- Skilled in performing physical examinations, vital sign assessments,
- Ability to handle complex cases involving infectious disease care, occupational health issues, pain management strategies including dermal fillers or esthetic laser treatments when applicable.

- Short night shifts 1 week on and 1 week off, 10:00 Pm till 6: 00 Am
Pay: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
