Job Overview
We're looking for a well-rounded, hardworking individual to join our maintenance team. No two days are the same — you'll move between old and new buildings tackling everything from structural repairs and roofing to plumbing, electrical work, and grounds upkeep. If you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and you take pride in doing quality work, this is the right place for you. Some experience is required, but much of what we do can be learned on the job.
Required: Some hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following — general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or construction. A willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and take direction well is equally important.
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding manual labor
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including winter
- Able to work in both occupied buildings and active job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable with dirty, dusty, and occasionally confined work environments
Nice to have
- Experience operating a snowplow or tractor
- Familiarity with sprinkler or fire suppression systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Experience with roofing, concrete, or asphalt work
What we offer
- Steady, year-round work across a variety of projects
- On-the-job training and skill development
- A hard-working team that values effort and reliability
- Opportunities to grow into more specialized roles
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
