We’re seeking a Crew Memberfor our West Chester Saladworks/Fruita Bowl location and uphold our commitment to outstanding guest service, team development, and fresh, high‑quality food and beverages.
Position Overview
We are currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Member / Counter Attendant. The Crew Member interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, helping them to understand our menu offerings and taking orders accurately. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work.
The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong guest service skills. Key Responsibilities
- Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
- Completes opening and/or closing checklists
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service setting is a plus, but not required
- Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly
- Must exhibit a sense of urgency
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others
- Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours
