We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Handyman/ Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining high-end properties to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Spa and pool maintenance
- Interior and exterior painting
- Dock installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Snow removal during the winter season
- General handyman repairs
- Light carpentry projects
- Routine property maintenance and home upkeep
- Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
- Ensuring every property is maintained to luxury standards
Qualifications
- Experience with general handyman work or property maintenance preferred
- Basic carpentry and repair skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all seasons
