You support our team as
- Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
- Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
- Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
- Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Perform packing and material handling tasks as required
- Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement
- Performs other job duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection
- Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
- Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment
- Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to sit, stand for the majority of the shift
- Ability to walk, jump, twist, turn, stop, bend, push, pull, squat, crawl, kneel, climb, balance, drive, reach above shoulder, repetitive hand/wrist movement, forearm rotation.

- From $18 to $22 per hour
