Guidance Specialist – RESET
RESET is seeking enthusiastic Guidance Specialists (18+) to deliver exceptional wellness experiences in our studio. In this role, you will welcome guests, educate them on our services (Normatec compression therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, warm hydrotherapy/hot tub, and red light therapy), and guide first-time visitors through their sessions. This position requires strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment and is not a front desk role.
Currently hiring for part-time 3-4 shifts per week (18-25 hours avg 20) with a combination of weekends (8:45 AM to 4:45 PM) and weekday evenings ( 1:45 PM to 8:45PM). Flexibility to work shifts at our other location in East Mesa (9264 E Cadence Pkwy) and the occasional AM shift is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and connect with members and guests to create a friendly, supportive environment
- Use the Mindbody app to manage bookings, profiles, and membership options
- Educate clients on services, benefits, and pricing; support sales
- Guide first-time visitors through their full experience and present membership options
- Maintain a clean, organized studio (including laundry, bathrooms, and equipment sanitization)
- Complete opening and closing duties

- Don't mind being on your feet for extended periods
- Someone experienced with and eager to use the modalities regularly
- Familiarity with Mind Body software a plus but not required.
