SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Involved in Sales team of the kdc/one Scented & Living Solutions (SLS) Division, our Sales Support Administrator provides administrative governance and back-office execution across the SLS commercial portfolio, with the primary objective of freeing up Key Account Managers (KAM) and Business Development (BD) from administrative, contractual and data-management activities, so that they can focus on client relationships, quotations, NPI, margin oversight and account growth. The role acts as the single operational reference for contracts, price lists, master data and recurring reporting, and as the executional bridge between the SLS Sales team and central Commercial Operations on forecast submission. The role is hands-on and execution-oriented: it does not own commercial strategy, pricing decisions, forecasting methodology or client negotiation
Responsibilities

Contract administration. Maintain the contract archive for the SLS Global Account team, Track expirations, addenda, NDAs and Quality Agreements; Coordinate signature workflows, Ensure every active contract has a complete, traceable and up-to-date documentation set

Price list construction and handover. Build price lists in SAP downstream of KAM negotiation, applying agreed terms accurately; ensure correct, timely handover to plant CRM teams for operational execution. Does not negotiate or set prices.

Master data governance. Maintain customer and item master data in SAP for the appointed SLS portfolio, apply coding rules consistently, ensure alignment and consistency across plants, act as single source of truth on master data for the SLS commercial team.

Commercial tools data maintenance. Maintain data integrity and consistency in commercial tools SAP Analytical Cloud and Vistex in particular through routine input, validation and reconciliation activities.

Recurring reporting. Produce and distribute recurring monthly sales reports for KAM, BD and SLS management, extracting and consolidating data from SAP and the commercial toolset. Reports are standardized; the role does not perform strategic analysis.

Forecast collection and submission. Collect forecast inputs from KAM and BD against agreed templates and deadlines and submits the consolidated file to central Commercial Operations. Execution only: the Commercial Back-Office Specialist does not own the forecasting process, methodology, consolidation logic or top-line review these remain with the appropriate Commercial Operations function.

Compliance and export documentation. Administer documentation governance for the SLS Global Accounts team: templates, standards and framework contracts. Ensures export-related commercial documentation is complete and aligned with internal standard.

Commission, bonus and incentive administration. Where applicable to the incentive model in force, support the administrative handling of commission, bonus and incentive data for the SLS Global Accounts team.
