We are seeking a Wireless Account Representative to promote and sell a telecommunications client’s full product line, including Verizon services. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and want hands-on experience in sales and account management. You will work directly with customers to identify needs, present solutions, and close sales.
Wireless Account Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through personalized interactions to promote Verizon telecommunications products, assess customer needs, and deliver informative presentations and product demonstrations that support purchasing decisions
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a consistent, results-oriented approach
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing sales opportunities, customer retention, and proficient account management
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions while accurately tracking sales activities
- Track performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement of all accounts
- Support team success by participating in meetings and training sessions, enhancing sales capabilities
- Represent the brand professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
Wireless Account Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; experience in sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals and maintaining high performance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Able and willing to learn about account management and the importance of its role
- Adaptable, professional, and eager to learn with a strong willingness to grow and develop sales skills
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
