Job Summary :
Air Bear Aviation is hiring licensed A&P Maintenance Technicians to be a part of our growing FAA/ EASA Certificated Repair Station . Aircraft Maintenance Technicians inspect, troubleshoot and repair aircraft and components in accordance with requirements established by the company, applicable government agencies, and aircraft manufacturers.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect, troubleshoot, replace and repair aircraft and engine systems and components
- Read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance documents and procedures
- Communicate professionally with Customers and Customer's Maintenance Control
-Complete company documentation, turnover logs and Aircraft records per current CFR requirements
-Use company electronic systems to update work order and inventory information
-Maintain a clean and professional working environment

- KNOWLEDGE: General knowledge of the requirements of a FAA Part 91 & 135
- DEPENDABILITY: Completes work assignments in a timely manner and performs tasks accurately
- COMMUNICATIONS: Good written and verbal communications skills
- MOTIVATION: Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- JUDGEMENT: Good judgment and decision-making skills

Position Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
Must read, write, speak and understand English
Dependable transportation and a clean driving history
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Ability to pass DOT background checks
Ability to travel and work on road as needed
Preferred: Four years of Corporate Jet Maintenance experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will regularly sit, stand, climb, balance, bend, and move about the facility and aircraft. Employee will regularly lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 25 pounds. Employee will frequently crouch, kneel or crawl around or under an aircraft, and climb ladders or balance on high-lift devices above 25 feet.
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
