ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 1981 and currently lead a team of eight. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a music director, and I've always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed. Outside of the office, you'll find me bass fishing, cooking, enjoying music and sports, and serving as a captain for the Youth High School Association. I'm naturally competitive and driven by achieving results.
Our agency has built a strong reputation by focusing on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and helping both our customers and team members succeed. We believe that passion and commitment make all the difference.
We offer health benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, a hiring bonus, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in recognizing hard work while providing the support needed to build a rewarding, long-term career.
Our culture is energetic, supportive, and growth-focused. I believe skills can be taught, but passion, motivation, and drive come from within. I'm looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-driven, energetic, and excited to make an impact. If you're passionate about succeeding and eager to grow, we'd love to have you on our team.
