A national company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for a facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. Candidates must have at least 5 years of general maintenance experience performing basic of electrical, plumbing, trim work, hot water heater replacement, appliance repair, small HVAC repairs, filter changes, drain line cleaning and Dryer duct cleaning. Experience with residential turnovers is preferred. Ideal candidate will be able to respond to emergencies dealing with water extractions and carpet cleaning. Candidates must also be able to multi-task and adapt to the changing needs of the property. This is a first shift, full time position with healthcare benefits available.
