DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Master Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling all aspects of property maintenance.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
- Oversee all aspects of preventive as well as responsive property maintenance
- Complete property maintenance tasks
- Manage vendors in the completion of some types of maintenance tasks
- Ensure work orders are created & being effectively managed for all maintenance that is being done and that needs to be done in the future
PORTER DUTIES
- Periodic unit cleaning tasks
- Periodic grounds cleaning tasks
PERFORM OTHER TASKS, AS ASSIGNED
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS AND LICENSES:
Essential Maintenance Skills
- Troubleshooting skills (appliances, A/C, furnace, etc.)
- Plumbing repair (sinks, bathtubs, etc.).
- Electrical troubleshooting & repair
- Drywall repair
- Door & trim replacement
- Flooring installation
- Painting
Essential Overall Skills
- Cheerful presence and strong people skills
- Superior phone skills

- Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
