About the Role
SmileRight Braces is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Practice Administrator to lead day-to-day operations for our high-performing orthodontic practice.
We have established strong systems, clear workflows, and a proven operational structure—this role is not about building from scratch. Instead, we need a proactive leader who excels at execution, consistency, and team accountability. You will work directly under operations leadership, serving as the operational anchor of the practice, leading a team of 20 members, and ensuring our high standards are met every day.
No prior dental or healthcare experience is required. If you are a natural "doer" who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing people, and loves building relationships, we want to hear from you.

- Keep front-office and clinical teams aligned, communicating, and operating in sync.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and solve problems quickly and directly on the floor.
- Implement organizational goals and maintain operational standards across all departments.
2. Team Management & Accountability
- Direct, mentor, and motivate a team of 20 team members to perform at their highest level.
- Maintain a culture of clear expectations, consistent feedback, and strong team accountability.
- Address performance or behavioral issues early, constructively, and directly.
- Participate in staffing model design, schedule development, and resource allocation to optimize clinical workflow.
3. Relationship & Culture Building
- Serve as the positive, high-energy leader of the office culture.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with team members, patients, families, and the local community.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards across every patient interaction.

- Leadership Style: High-energy, approachable, and assertive when maintaining standards and holding teams accountable.
