We're hiring a full-time Specialty Foods Assistant to help us make our award-winning ice cream, specialty butter, and artisanal cheeses.
The best candidate for this position is someone who is a motivated team player, who exhibits versatility, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Butter packaging
- Cheese aging (affinage) and packaging
- Maintaining inventory and production records
- Following protocols to keep facilities/ equipment clean and sanitized
- Assisting in ice cream, butter, and cheese production
Applicants are required to have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Preference will be given to applicants with culinary or food production experience.
