Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Ambe Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a Long Term Care (LTC) travel contract in Havre, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality resident care while working in a supportive long-term care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Assist residents with daily healthcare needs while promoting comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure a safe environment for residents.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN License (Montana or Compact License, as applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Recent Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), or related nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
