Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness across various commercial sites. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise cleaning staff, and uphold our commitment to excellent service. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough work
- Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards are maintained according to company policies and client requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper use of cleaning equipment, and safe handling of chemicals
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates on service quality
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial procedures, and safety standards
- Experience with medical facility
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
