Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Private Chef to deliver elevated, personalized dining experiences for our clients. This role requires more than culinary talent— you must bring professionalism, adaptability, and a strong sense of hospitality into private homes and intimate event settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customized menus based on client preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients for Meal Prep clients
- Prepare, cook, and present meals with exceptional attention to detail, flavor, and visual appeal
- Manage full kitchen operations including grocery sourcing, in-home event execution, and organization
- Provide in-home dining experiences as well as support for small events and private gatherings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient workspace in client kitchens
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Adapt quickly to different environments, kitchen setups, and client expectations
- Create a seamless, hospitality-driven experience from prep to cleanup

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or in high-end catering/hospitality
- Strong background in menu planning and diverse cuisines
- Knowledge of specialized diets (gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, etc.)
- Experience with event-style service and multi-course meal execution
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices, must have proof of Food Handler's Cert
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed
- Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
- Familiarity with wine, cocktails, or beverage pairing
- Previous experience managing or training kitchen staff
