Desktop Support Technicians (Tier II)
- 3+ years desktop/endpoint support experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS, MECM, Active Directory
- Experience supporting laptops, iPads, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Familiarity with GFE management and patch compliance
- Secret clearance
