Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and promoting a love of learning aligned with our Balanced Learning® approach. 'Responsibilities'
' Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs.
- Manage classroom activities and behavior to promote positive social interactions.
- Assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.'
'Qualifications'' Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching. Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.

- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred.
- Experience with curriculum development is highly desirable.
