Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the retail industry while working flexible hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales:
· Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
· Ring up sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
· Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
· Able to develop a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book building brand equity.
2. Merchandising:
· Ensure products are neatly organized and displayed according to store standards.
· Assist with restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
· Collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
3. Customer Service:
· Provide friendly and attentive customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
· Assist with tasks such as fitting room assistance, product inquiries, and locating items within the store.
· Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
· Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
4. Store cleaning & Other responsibility as needed.
· Store staff are required to participate in daily duties to ensure that the shop is clean and orderly.
· Other tasks arranged by the store that are applicable to part-time job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise (if required)
