Beverly Hills solo practitioner personal injury attorney is seeking a case manager or legal assistant that is experienced or familiar with personal injury. Salary is based in experience.
IN PERSON POSITION. NOT VIRTUAL
Applicants must:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience and familiarity working in personal injury law firm and with PI practice.
- Be competent in Microsoft Word, internet and basic computer skills.
- Candidate must be reliable and punctual.
Job requirements will include:
- Handling various aspects of pre litigation personal injury cases.
- Opening claims with insurance companies/sending representation letters.
- Requesting medical records, police reports, etc.
- Drafting various letters and communications and demand letters to various entities.
- Communicating with insurance companies, medical facilities and clients.
