Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail‑oriented Student Turn Cleaners to support dorm and apartment turnover operations. You will play a vital part in preparing rooms, suites, and common areas to meet Cadabra Cleaning’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset student dorm rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals following proper protocols
- Complete manual tasks such as lifting, moving supplies, and operating equipment
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and removing trash
- Operate cleaning machinery (vacuums, scrubbers, buffers) when needed
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to supervisors
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with staff or building personnel
- Work efficiently to ensure buildings are completed on schedule
Requirements
- Previous custodial experience is helpful but not required — full training provided
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals
- Physical capability to lift, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
- Flexible availability to support turnover schedules
