Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our close-knit, patient-focused dental practice. We are looking for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys being part of a busy, positive team.
Our ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be asked. You take pride in keeping the clinical area prepared, supporting the doctor and team, and making sure every patient receives exceptional care.
We value a positive, low-drama, team-oriented environment and are looking for someone who brings maturity, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to contribute every day.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to be an important part of a growing practice and have a meaningful impact on the patient and team experience.

- Strong clinical chairside assisting skills and confidence working independently.
- Demonstrated experience making temporary crowns and pouring impressions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly the first time.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be constantly directed.
- Naturally productive—you look for ways to help when you have downtime.
- Bubbly, enthusiastic, and positive personality with a genuine interest in helping patients.
- Mature, dependable, and professional.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

The Right Fit
The person who succeeds in this role will be someone who can walk into a busy day and immediately become part of the solution.
You are the person who notices when a room needs to be turned over, instruments need to be processed, supplies need to be restocked, or the doctor needs something—and you take care of it.
You are team-oriented, accountable, energetic, and ready to work. You take pride in your work, care about your patients and teammates, and understand that a great dental assistant doesn't simply wait for instructions—they anticipate, support, and contribute.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
