JOB
The purpose of this class is to provide technical support through the design, development, implementation and maintenance of all technical knowledgebase documentation, and administrative duties to support the use of technology throughout the college.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
High School diploma/GED, candidates currently enrolled in college studing Information Technology or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology preferred. Experience supporting technology, developing and maintaining technical documentation preferred.
