About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs while fostering a sense of dignity and independence. This is an opportunity to bring your skills and compassion to a team that truly values the work you do.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Providing basic health-related services, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition.
- Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and exercises.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, as needed.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Following care plans and ensuring clients’ needs are met with respect and professionalism.
What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid CNA, HHA or STNA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
